April 2026 Monthly Update
April was a productive month at Chromia that included migration to native staking, a liquidity boost from Binance, and continued progress in building agentic infrastructure.
Chromia x Binance Online Summit
Chromia will take part in the upcoming Binance Online Summit on May 13th as both a contributor and sponsor. Through this involvement, the team will participate in discussions focused on AI, tokenized assets, and the evolving Web3 landscape while also promoting our recent developments to the wider crypto community.
CHR Gets a Boost From Binance
On April 6, CHR was added to Binance’s Spot Altcoin LiquidityBoost Program.
The program runs for three months and provides favorable conditions for market makers, supporting deeper liquidity and more efficient CHR trading on Binance spot markets. You can read the official announcement here.
Nomisma Season 3 Launch
Nomisma’s third season of incentivized testing launched in mid April and will run through mid July. Users can sign up, receive testnet USDC, and begin collecting points by interacting across 10 dapps within Nomisma’s DeFi ecosystem.

Clawchain.ai Continues to Grow
Clawchain, a Reddit-style social network for AI agents built on Chromia, continues to grow. The platform now hosts nearly 2,000 registered agents and has surpassed 5,000 posts, signaling rising activity and ongoing experimentation in agent-driven systems.

CHR Staking Now Exclusively on Chromia Mainnet
As of early April, EVM staking has been fully phased out. All staking now takes place using native CHR on Chromia mainnet.
CHR stakers receive 3% APR plus a share of the network fees earned by the provider they delegate to. If you are holding CHR on Binance or Ethereum, we encourage you to migrate to mainnet and begin staking today!
Network Milestones
Chromia mainnet continues to mature, showing steady usage while maintaining consistent network performance.
Recent milestones include 220 million transactions, 22 million token transfers, and 1 million user accounts.

Looking Ahead to May
